Today I showed you how to prepare Magical potato ball
Ingredients:
FOR MEATBALL
400 g minced meat
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1.5 salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon red pepper
4 tablespoon parsley
1 egg
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
Potato paste
1 kg of potatoes
50 g butter
1.5 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
3 tablespoon parsley
4 tablespoons green onion
100 g ham
200 grams of mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/2 cup of flour (60 g)
1 glass of breadcrumbs (120 g)
2 eggs
You can serve it with Tartar sauce or ketchup
