Beach volleyball hitting tips for getting up high and spiking the ball down into the court. Hitting on the beach is different than indoor. In beach volleyball you need to hit with control. Have good ball control by focusing on how you contact the ball. The technique for beach volleyball spiking is all about the contact. The key is to claw at the ball.
