Replacing lazy Susan's & dishwasher for working shelves

My kitchen is busy with homemade dairy and cooking everyday. I need more space and working shelving. Broken lazy Susan's have been on the backbones for some time while I decided what to do about the dishwasher. I have not used it in over a year when we found out it was taking 3 hours to cycle and our rates went up. Why not sell it for the space!?
