This is a workaround fix
This is a workaround fix for the preload problems many are having on the Ubisoft Connect application where Skull and Bones isn't showing up on the menu to be available for pre-load. This fix does NOT have you "play" from the Epic Games App. Instead this corrects the Ubisoft Connect program allowing you to properly see the pre load button. This will allow you to play the open beta from your Ubisoft Connect account rather than play it on some third party game service instead. This works for PC, people that pre-ordered the game, and people in the content creator program who are having issues with this showing up due to their accounts already owning the game. This also works for Ubisoft Plus members.
