Ulanzi Wide Angle Lens for the Osmo Pocket

Using the Ulanzi Wide Angle Lens for the DJI Osmo Pocket, you can get a substantially wider shot on the Osmo Pocket. In this video, I take a look at the magnetic wide angle lens from Ulanzi which magnetically attaches to the lens of your Osmo Pocket.

When you're vlogging with the Osmo Pocket, the big complaint most users have is that the Osmo Pocket lens isn't wide enough. This Ulanzi lens however, does make a big difference and this is a great osmo pocket shooting tip! Use a wide angle lens. However, it's not without it's faults.

The magnet isn't as strong as something like the Polar Pro ND Filters, and while the image quality is very good, you need to be really accurate attaching the wide angle lens to the Osmo. If you're off by a fraction the image quality does degrade. There's also some lens distortion which can easily be removed in post, and while it's a little bit soft on the wider end of things, this wide angle lens from Ulanzi, especially at the price point is definitely worth a punt.
