Raw Mango Rasam | Summer Special Recipe | Mamidikaya Charu | Mango Rasam with Rasam Powder

INGREDIENTS:
For Rasam Powder:
Chana dal (split chickpea ) - 1 tbsp
Urad dal (dehusked black gram ) - 1 tbsp
Kali Mirch (pepper) - 1 tbsp
Dhanya (coriander seeds ) - 1 tbsp
Jeera (cumin seeds ) - 1 tbsp
Methi dana (fenugreek seeds ) - 1 tsp
Red chillies - 4 to 5
Hing  (asafoetida )- 1/2 tsp

For Rasam:
Raw Mango Pieces - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Rai - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Grated Ginger - 1 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 2 to 3
Some Curry Leaves
Rasam Powder - 1 tbsp
Jaggery / sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt  - 1 tsp
Water- 3 to 4 cups
Coriander - 1/4 cup
