To find the sub-category whose profit value is least (lowest) in the year in Tableau, you can use the following steps: Connect to your data source and drag the Sub-category and Profit fields to the Rows and Columns shelves, respectively. Click the Analysis tab and select Create Calculated Field. In the Calculated Field dialog box, enter a name for your field, such as Min Profit. In the Formula field, enter the following formula: MIN([Profit]) Click OK to create the calculated field. Drag the Min Profit calculated field to the Rows shelf. Click the Show Me button and select Table to display the data in a table format. The table will now show the sub-categories in the first column and the minimum profit for each sub-category in the second column. The sub-category with the lowest profit will be the first row in the table. Optional: You can also filter the table to only show the sub-categories with the lowest profit. To do this, click the arrow next to the Min Profit header and select Filter. In the Filter dialog box, select Show Quick Filter and then select At Least from the Condition drop-down menu. In the Value field, enter the lowest profit value from the table. Click OK to apply the filter. The table will now only show the sub-categories with the lowest profit.
