THE BATURA:
This jacket is made for high altitude mountaineering. The outside of this jacket is a fully waterproof pertex shield material and the inside is a pertex quantum material. #jacketreview
Nikwax hydrophobic down fills this jacket. 800 FILL POWER.
The zippers on the handwarmer and chest pockets are YKK Aquaguard.
The storm flap on the front zipper is secured with Velcro.
There are some epicly huge drop-in pockets on the inside. Making it a total of 6 pockets for this jacket.
The tabs on the zippers are easy enough for you to be able to keep your gloves on when operating them.
The hood is very protective with some adjustments on the back and the wire brim.
Elastic synchs on the skirt of the jacket and hood help with extra protection as well.
The wrists can also be tightened with a Velcro strap.
The jacket is lighter than its predecessor.
This jacket is the pinnacle of their down knowledge and expertise.
There is a stuff-bag included as well.
