" KARAHI CHICKEN " Bajias Cooking

Ingredients: 1md onion, 1 whole garlic, 1 inch ginger, fresh coriander leaves, 5-6 green chilies; 1/2 chicken from a big sz chicken; 1-1/2/ 2 cans crushed tomatoes. For better results do not use canned tomatoes use 6 medium sz fresh tomatoes. 1ts salt, 1ts coriander pwd, ½ ts turmeric, 1ts cumin seeds, 1ts crushed coriander seeds, 1ts crushed chilies.

Make karahi with boneles, chicken curry is good with whole small fresh chicken.
