Honda GCV 190 Pressure Washer Won't Start - DIY Cheap and Easy Fix

In this video, we pull a non-running Honda GCV 190 pressure washer out of Mike's garage and tried to start it.  This pressure washer did not run for its previous owner and was given to Mike free of charge.  Our quick and easy fix did not even involve removing the carburetor for cleaning and only required basic hand tools and some 50:1 gas oil mix.
