Jonah Matranga - Bury White (Far)

We recently had the distinct honor of hosting Jonah Matranga, a very talented singer / songwriter, for a show in our living room. Jonah was the lead singer of Far, one of my favorite bands from my High School years. He was also the front of Onelinedrawing, New End Original, Gratitude and a solo project under his own name which he continues to create music even today.

There hasn't been many singer / songwriters that have branched out in so many directions musically as he as and his utterly recognizable and wonderful voice lends itself so well to all those different projects.

It was such a pleasure to host him for the night, not just for the show but for the quality conversation with someone who's been around the block in the musical world. The stories were amazing.

Jonah made it pretty known that these were his favorite types of shows to do and mentioned that this will probably be the last time he plays out in clubs and wants to focus more on house shows like the one we booked. I can't recommend enough that you invite him into your house for a show. We'll probably do it again given the chance.

Jonah, thanks for a night that none of us will soon forget!
