4 pieces of Purple Long Eggplant
Grilled on the stove until soft. Don't worry about the normal skin being blackened, make sure your Eggplant is soft. That's meaning it's done wright away soak in the cold water set aside for 3 minutes then take out the Skin,
5 piece Large Eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon of chicken powder
1 1/2 teaspoon of Roasted Garlic
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of green onion
2 tablespoons of red onion Combined all together
Then after you flatten your Eggplant
Fry medium heat until golden brown
