How to revert back to the old style Chrome OS app launcher menu (Chrome OS start menu)

I love the new ChromeOS app launcher menu, which some may call the ChromeOS start menu. This has been available for some time by enabling flags. However, since the ChromeOS 104 update, it is now the default menu.

If you are not a fan of the new style menu then you can revert back to the older menu. This video will show you how to do this.
