Brandt-Daroff exercises are a series of movements designed to help treat benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and improve vestibular function. These exercises can be done at home and are often recommended by healthcare professionals.

Set Up: Sit on a flat surface, such as the edge of a bed or a mat on the floor. Make sure you have enough space around you to move your head freely.

Movement: Start by sitting upright and then quickly lie down on one side with your head turned at a 45-degree angle away from the floor. Stay in this position until any dizziness subsides. Then, sit up again and repeat the same movement on the other side. Perform this exercise for a desired amount of repetitions.

Tips: It's important to maintain a consistent and regular exercise routine to maximize the benefits of Brandt-Daroff exercises. If you experience dizziness during the movements, take your time and rest before continuing. It's normal to feel temporary dizziness or vertigo during and after the exercises, but this should subside over time. If your symptoms worsen or persist, consult with a healthcare professional.
