Displaying text and image in a map tip in QGIS 3.6

Quick tutorial to show how GPS coordinates and pictures collected with KoBoToolbox or Open Data Kit can be displayed as points on a map in QGIS 3.6, and on hover over the points show the picture and other attributes in a map tip (video recorded on macOS).
