Here are 8 different ways to practice gratitude everyday!

1. Make a vow to yourself to not complain about anything for 21 days straight.
2. Wake up each morning and think about what a privilege it is to be alive and healthy.
3. Compliment others daily and tell them how good their qualities are.
4. When you're facing troubles, use gratitude to see the good and turn them into opportunities to grow.
5. Start and end your day with gratitude by thinking about all the good things that can happen during the day and end it by thinking about all goods that happened throughout the day.
6. Make a habit of saying thank you for the little things your loved ones do for you, especially on things you take for granted.
7. Keep a gratitude journal and write down one thing you're thankful for each day.
8. Write positive notes or gratitude affirmations and post them around your house to remind you to be grateful.
