Ingredients for the Cake Batter:
340 gr. carrots (cleaned and grated)
295 ml. vegetable oil
4 large eggs
250 gr. plain flour
1 tsp. soda bicarbonate
1tbsp. cinnamon powder
½ tsp. salt
1tbsp. vanilla extract
200 gr. brown sugar
200 gr. caster sugar
100 gr. pecans
65 gr. raisins

Ingredients for the Frosting:
300 gr. double cream
150 gr. icing sugar
500 gr. soft cheese
