This position gives you a little extra stability than leaning against your ball on a bed or high surface. You still get all the benefits too. Simply wrap your arms around your BABYGO® birthing ball and give it a giant hug.

💡 Although this position might be a little discomforting on your knees, you can always put down a pillow or cushion for extra comfort.
