Garlic Confit

A little dish with a lot of flavor. 🧄 @MrsMcKennaBarry's Garlic Confit is a deliciously simple way to upgrade your breads and toasts! To make it, preheat the oven to 225°F. Place some peeled garlic cloves in a Mini Cocotte, then add olive oil until the garlic is just covered. Add a sprig of fresh thyme, season with salt and pepper, and give it a stir. Cover the cocotte and bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, until the garlic is golden and very soft. Let cool to room temperature before serving.
