It is my favorite meal all the time, I can eat it like that everyday :) I like to make my fresh spring rolls with strong garlic lime fish sauce flavor. This time I made with shrimp but you can make with any kinds of meat  you like :) It is fresh and yummy!
When you make your own fresh spring rolls at home, you can add any kinds of vegetables I like  such as lettuce, pineapple, hard mango, carrot, cucumber, etc... but you need to have Asian herbs like mint, cilantro, ...
Ingredients to make your own Healthy Fresh Spring Rolls!
10 shrimps
Rice noodle ( optional)
2 Carrots
2 Cucumbers
Mint, cilantros, lettuce
2-3 garlic cloves ( if you like strong garlic smell or you can add 1 garlic clove)
2 spicy chilis ( add spicy you like)
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp of white sugar
2 Tbsp of fish sauce
1 tbsp of lime juice
Rice paper
