Hello my dear ones, today I have a super delicious biscuit for you without baking, with nuts and chocolate, very tender, quick to prepare and with very simple ingredients, perfect for Christmas or other occasions.
Homemade Christmas cookies / biscuits / cookies can be easily prepared at home.
Ingredients:
230g roasted peanuts
100g toasted sesame seeds
150g biscuits
70g desiccated coconut
250g sweetened condensed milk
Divide into 2 servings
Shape 1 part and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour
Shape 2 parts + 2 tbsp Nutella + 1-2 tbsp condensed milk and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour
Melt 100g dark chocolate + 1 tbsp coconut oil in a water bath
Melt 100g white chocolate + 1 tbsp coconut oil in a water bath
50g chopped peanuts.
