This 30 minutes pilates workout is a knee-friendly routine to strengthen and stretch the butt and thighs. This is the perfect focused lower body workout when you are shorter on time or want to add on to another workout!

Not only is this is a great routine to lift the booty and strengthen the legs, but it also helps focus on the appropriate muscles if you suffer from knee pain. You’ll find the lower body strength, support and stability you need, as well as appropriate stretches so that those muscles don’t become overactive and tight.

Plus, if you walk, run or bike (or just want to support your everyday activities), it’s important to strengthen this muscles to reduce your risk for injury and improve your performance as well.
