MS Access has few built-in
MS Access has few built-in functions to change case of text fields. You can use "StrConv" function either to convert text to Lower, Upper or Proper case. You can also use UCase to convert text to upper case and LCase to convert to lower case. Access also has built-in functions to remove leading spaces, trailing spaces or both from a text field. You can use Trim, Ltrim or Rtrim functions to remove spaces.
