Adding HDHomeRun tuners to TVheadend as IPTV inputs

This is a really rough guide I put together just now to help someone out. I've been meaning to make this anyways, and I hope to follow it up with a better guide, especially as there is a way to auto add most of the channels using playlist files, but for the time being, here's this.

Using TVheadend 4.2.7
