Craft Capotia Accessories and Shai's Awakening - Global Lab Patch Notes July 13th

So the ability to craft and enhance the capotia accessories has been added to the global lab. In order to craft them, you need to have unlocked the accessory to begin with, so no crafting a Capotia Necklace unless you're already level 64 unfortunately.

Crafting the accessories requires a fair bit of silver, but still far cheaper than buying the TRI equivalents. Enhancement will be expensive as a result, but we'll have to wait for the enhancement rates to see if it's worth trying for a PEN Necklace or not.

Shai's awakening is also being slowly unleashed on the lab. It looks interesting, but we'll need to see the full extent of the skills before making a true judgement.
