The recipe to make both Cabbage Kueh and Ku Chai Kueh using 600 g of rice flour, the weight of cabbage is amended from 700 g to 1 kg (Ku Chai unchanged at 350 g).  See YouTube video “Making Cabbage Kueh (another Teochew Kueh): Correction to Recipe”.
The inner diameter of the jug cover, used to cut kueh “skin” (wrap made from mainly rice flour) into round shape, was 11.7 cm.
