The beautiful islands of the Lofoten above the Arctic Circle are considered the Caribbean of the North. In the idyllic fishing village of Henningsvær, they meet Andreas and Martin, two brothers who have traded their city life for a life on the small island. Only around 500 people live here. On a whim, they and friends bought what used to be a cod liver oil factory, which is now a cultural center that attracts people from Norway and around the world.
You can experience an exciting insight into the age of the Vikings at the Viking Festival in Borgen. Their journey continues to Bergen in the Hanseatic district of Bryggen and they try the city's most popular pastry: Schillingsbolle, a cinnamon roll that the German Hanseatic League once brought to the city. A journey with unforgettable moments, warm-hearted encounters and breathtaking experiences in Norway's unique nature.
