North Korea sends hundreds of balloons south filled with trash and excrement | The World

Japan's Prime Minister has condemned North Korea for launching what appeared to be a series of short-range ballistic missiles. South Korea's military says they were fired from an area near Pyongyang, before plunging into the sea. The South has also scolded its northern neighbour for sending other projectiles into the air - balloons carrying trash and excrement. Manny Tsigas reports.
