It's important to have thinly sliced meat. This brand offers good meat at a reasonable price. It's convenient to have it in the freezer when you feel like having gyudon.

The rice is Koshihikari from Toyama. It's amazingly delicious with a nice chewiness and pleasant sweetness.

It has a mild and pleasant taste and is the soy sauce we use in everyday life.
