1. Neemyl Thickner powder - 2kg
2. Herbal Disinfectant Tincture - 1.5 litre
3. Green color
(Neemyl Paste is made with pure herbal ingredients - Neem, Peppermint, Lemongrass & Citronella added in it.)
Formula To Make 25 Litre batch of Thick Neemyl
Step 1 - Take water 25 litres in a plastic drum
Step 2 - Add 150 ml Herbal Disinfectant Tincture & mix it mixing machine.
Step 3 - Add 200 gm Neemyl thickener powder & mix it for at least 10 min until it becomes homogenous. It will become thick as you mix it.
Step 4. Take green color 2gm & dissolve it in little water to make color solution then add it in neemyl.
Done ! Your Thick Herbal Mosquitoe Repellent Neemyl is Ready to Use. Pack it in 1-litre bottles and is Ready for Sale.
Costing :-
1 Kit Neemyl costs 3400 Rs. to make 250 litre
