A Grilled Pork Roast cooked
A Grilled Pork Roast cooked on A traeger wood pellet grill.This roast was cookd at 225 F for about 4 hours due to its size.I used an insta read therometer to verify a cook of 155 F.I pulled the roast and rested it and alowed carry over cooking complete this roast to about 165 F
