Morning Stretch Routine for Flexibility and Posture

Need a morning pick-me-up? 😴🥱 Do these stretches right after waking up or after you've moved around for a bit! Hold each stretch for 10-15 seconds and repeat 2-3 times. Each stretch has different benefits!

🙆‍♀️ Neck rolls: warm up traps, release neck stiffness and muscle tension
🙆‍♀️ Overhead stretch: target pecs, release shoulder tension, improve posture
🙆‍♀️ Forward fold: stretch hamstrings, calves, and lower back; improve digestion
🙆‍♀️ Child's pose: stretch lower back, increase range of motion in hips, shoulders, and ankles
🙆‍♀️ Chest stretch: improve flexibility in pecs to improve posture. Can be done against the wall or with hands clasped together behind the back.
🙆‍♀️ Seated spinal twist: stretch lower back and relieve low back pain. Improve spinal mobility
