In this video, I will be sharing how to make super soft and moist cinnamon rolls. I've made some cinnamon roll recipe videos before. But today's recipe is a little different from before. It is an overnight proofing method that you prepare the day before and bake it in the morning to enjoy it freshly. Since I think the freshly baked cinnamon rolls are the best in the world! 😆🤎 As one of those who really like cinnamon rolls, this is a recipe that I highly recommend with confidence. Put milk, yeast and sugar in a clean bowl and mix lightly, then add all other ingredients and mix. 2. Transfer the dough to the workbench and begin kneading the dough for about 10 minutes. Transfer the dough to a clean bowl and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size. (about for 1 hour) 3. Transfer the dough to the workbench roll it into a rectangle using a rolling pin. Apply softened butter(30g) to the surface of the dough. Then, sprinkle sugar + cinnamon powder evenly over it. Roll the dough tightly, cut it into 8 regular pieces. 4. Put the each dough into the buttered pan. Close the top tightly and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 12-18 hours. 5. The next day, take the dough out of the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for about 1-1,5 hours to remove the cold. 6. Before baking, spread melted butter on the top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ (356℉) for about 12-15 minutes. 7.
