Group Items in a Pivot Table

Pivot tables are a great tool to do detailed analysis.  However when you have a lot of rows for items you might want to categorize or group them together to aggregate them up for a summary view.  You can actually customize your grouping options in a Pivot Table. This video shows how to group items in a Pivot Table.  Grouping makes it easier to get an overview of a larger data set.
