For hamburgers I use the
For hamburgers I use the usual ciabatta, after the toaster the bread becomes crispy, tasty.
Recipe:
1. Ciabatta.
2. Ground beef 100 gr. for one cutlet.
a) salt and pepper to taste.
b) ground coriander 1 tsp without a slide for 300 gr. minced meat.
c) cumin (zira) ground 1 tsp without a slide for 300 gr. minced meat.
3. Pickled onions.
4. Pickled cucumbers.
5. Lettuce.
6. Sauce, mix ketchup with mayonnaise 1:1
For pickled onions:
1. Onion 1/2 small onion
2. Sugar 1/3 tsp
3. Salt 1/3 tsp
4. Lime juice 1 tbsp. (you can use vinegar)
