A no hit/no damage run
A no hit/no damage run in Elden Ring is a difficult challenge run that tests your skill, patience, and ones ability to perform while under the pressure of potentially getting hit at any point in the run. The rules for this run are simple:
i can't get hit nor staggered by an attack from an enemy even if the attack does not deal damage, ex. Godfrey's axe slam from the air or Hoarah Loux's roar. I can't block enemy attacks, even with 100% negation as that counts as a ''hit'' a perfect parry does not count as a hit. Fall damage is allowed for a no hit run, but not a no damage run, same for environmental damage. Although im not speedrunner and this isnt exactly a speedrun, it can still be seen as a No Damage Speed run of Elden Ring since i did try to finish it as fast as possible. A hit, stagger, damage from falling or the environment is a reset to the very start of Elden Ring.
So the last time i did this run, it was an any% run that was plagued with a bit of screen tearing here and there, so as promised i went and did it again, only this time its AGR (all great rune bosses) and not only hitless but no damage taken as well.
The main weapon for this run is the Starscourge Greatsword which is in the colossal weapon category, and a somber weapon obtained from exchanging Starscourge Radahn's remembrance. The Starscourge Greatsword is unique in the fact that it can be automatically dual wielded like the Iron Balls or the Star Fist. The weapon deals part physical, and part magical damage and scales with intelligence a bit.
*Unlisted Equipment*: Buckler, Vow of the Indomitable, Serpent Hunter+0, Bloodflame Blade, Warrior Jar Shard, Green Turtle Talisman, Pickled Turtle, and Rogier's Rapier.
