IELTS is difficult. I think most of you already knew that, but why exactly is it so hard? What makes IELTS more difficult than other English tests? I've been teaching IELTS students for 13 years and I want to share some of my thoughts. This might seem like pointless complaining, but when we know certain problems then we are in a better position to address them.
