So, here are my findings of this review:

✅ I'm reviewing the second generation BioMax 900 - the first one of 2018 and 2019 scored first place during my first body panel review. The new BioMax 900 by PlatinumLED Therapy Lights is far better in every way even though the price has stayed the same
✅ PlatinumLED has been in the red light therapy space for 12 years
✅ The price of the panel is $1,149 USD but with discount code ALEX you'll save 5% and pay $1,092 if you use the following link: https://aferg.co/redled
✅ US shipping is free and shipping costs $80 to the UK and AUS. Financing is also available
✅ The panel has 300 LEDs (body panel) and emits 5 wavelengths: 630 nanometers (nm), 660 nm, 810 nm, 830 nm, and 850 nm. 80% of the power goes to 660 and 850 nm. For more info on these wavelengths, read: https://platinumtherapylights.com/blo... When testing with my spectrometer, the wavelengths align really well with what PlatinumLED claims
✅ The red light therapy panel is 36 inches high, 12 inches wide, and a few inches deep. Stacking two panels will give you a 6 feet high treatment area. Hand grips are also included to make transporting the 30+ pound panel easier
✅ Modular support is included, also with a wireless function. The wireless function allows you to control multiple panels without linking them together - wireless can be disabled though
✅ The control panel has been updated with a touchscreen
✅ Accessories are standard, except for the great quality manual. Optional stands are available for $299 USD. Wall mounting brackets sell for $69 USD
✅ The panel comes with a 3-year warranty and 60-day restocking period (including shipping costs) which is great
✅ Power output (irradiance) is really great. Peak power is located at 82.7 mW/cm, which is a top-3 reading for me. The total power output is 147.7 Watts, which is the best reading ever, and massive.
✅ Wattage draw is 802 Watts in total, 385 for near-infrared and 430 for red light only
✅ In terms of value calculations, I get $7.40 USD per Watt
✅ Hotspot testing wasn't too great, but, is probably not a huge problem because you can stand further back and still get great exposure
✅ Electro-Magnetic Frequencies (EMF) levels are safe, only slightly unsafe levels at 3 inches in magnetic fields
✅ Sound levels are really low at 49 dB and flicker is completely absent
✅ Operations, setup, and ease of use are amazing and simple
✅ Overall, the BioMax 900 is my new to-go panel for red light therapy - I love the power output of these new panels
✅ When comparing the BioMax 600 and 900, the 600 is cheaper and has higher peak power. The 900 has better value though
✅ How about a comparison versus the Mito Red MitoPRO 1500 and the Joovv Solo 3.0? The Joovv is much more expensive, has fewer LEDs and power and the Joovv is less safe. The Joovv benefit is more bells and whistles though. The MitoPRO 1500 is a better competitor and has worse total Wattage output, control panel, design, and value but better hotspot testing and peak power
✅ I like almost everything about this panel and my only dislike is the hotspot pattern
