After leaving Waterford, Randy and
After leaving Waterford, Randy and I headed down to Cork to a restaurant called Dwyers of Cork to take on Ireland's biggest burger, The "Holee Cow" Burger Challenge! Brave diners have just 1 hour to finish a massive 1.5 kg beef patty topped with .5 kg of pulled brisket, 6 slices of cheese, 4 massive onion rings, and loads of veggies all sandwiched between a huge 1kg homemade bun. Along the way, there is also a massive 1kg portion of loaded brisket burnt end fries. Winners earn their €130 meal for free, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on Dwyer's Wall of Fame!
