Misti Dahi or Bengali Misti
Misti Dahi or Bengali Misti Doi is the one of the most famous, delicious and amazing sweets in Bengal.You can easily make it at your home just in 30 minutes.Here, I'm sharing the easiest and unique way to make Misti Doi or Sweet Yogurt.I'm making it in Microwave Oven.This is simple and super easy process.
All you need is : Milk ( One litre )
Sugar ( 200 gm )
Plain Yogurt
(3 Tablespoons)
P.S - ◆ Pre - Heat the microwave oven only for 2 min and then switch off the power.
◆ Don't keep any steel untinsil into microwave oven while cooking as it's causes serious damage on your woven.
