We prepare bisque soup from the previously shown bisque broth.

For 3 servings:
* Bisque broth - 400 ml
* Shrimp - 6 pcs.
* Mussels - 5-6 pieces.
* Cod fillet - 300 g
* Cherry tomatoes - 3-6 pcs.
* Garlic - 1 clove
* Dry white wine - 150 ml
* Fish sauce - 10 ml
* Thyme - 1 sprig
* Cream 33% - 30 ml

We cut the cod into several parts. We clean the shrimp.
Put the butter in a frying pan, heat it over medium heat and, as soon as the butter starts to turn brown, throw in the shrimps. Fry the shrimps for 20 seconds on each side and add the mussels to them along with the juice remaining from them after defrosting.
Pour the wine and cook for 2 minutes over high heat.
Add the fish sauce, cod, cover with a lid and leave on low heat for 2 minutes.
Peel the garlic, break it with a knife and put it in a frying pan. Add the tomatoes, thyme and continue cooking until the tomatoes crack.
Pour the bisque broth, bring to a boil, and you're done!
At the end, add a little cream to pleasantly smooth out the bright and rich taste.
