OKRs Workshop Introduction

Objectives and Key Results, or OKRs, are a fantastic way to get your team aligned and focused so that you realize REAL PERFORMANCE GAINS! I recently had the opportunity to train other professionals in OKRs - what they are, how to create them & best practices in OKRs use -  for the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association (TAHRA).

In today's video, I show the introduction to that training session.  We discuss what makes OKRs truly powerful ... how OKRs are similar to and different than other goal setting systems ... what does it borrow and refresh from what we know about the science of goal setting to create a system that works!
