Avocado ice cream. Nice and
Avocado ice cream. Nice and easy. Only 3 ingredients. No sugar needed. No ice cream machine needed. Homemade ice cream recipe

NO BAKE ENERGY BARS. No Sugar Added....
Ingredients:
for 4 servings
1 avocado
100 g whipped cream
20 g condensed milk
50 g chocolate ( 30 g melted and 20 g for ganache)
Peel the avocado.
Put to the food processor add condensed milk, whipped cream, mix.
Put the mixture to the avocado skins.
Put to the freezer for at list 2 hours.
Make chocolate ganache.
Chocolate ganache:
20 g of chocolate
20 g of full fat cream
Heat cream and add the chocolate, put to the fridge for stabilisations.
Melt and temperated chocolate, put to the chocolate ball mold. put to the fridge for 1 hour. remove from the mold and add the ganache to the centre.
Put the seed in the center of avocado ice cream and enjoy!
