A lawsuit was filed against the Montana Secretary of State for allegedly rejecting thousands of signatures counts. Now we hear how local election offices are handling the count.
On Wednesday, “Montanans for Election Reform” and “Montanans Securing Reproductive Rights” declared they are filing a lawsuit for the supposed removal of valid petition signatures . . . after they had collected over 117 thousand signatures statewide.
The groups claim the Secretary of State office changed software to reject thousands of signatures from inactive but registered voters.
