Reinstall Windows without losing files (Windows.old method)

Need to reinstall Windows but don't want to lose files? Well here is the solution! You can install Windows over the C drive and it moves all of your files from your old Windows install to a folder called Windows.old on the C drive. You can then get the files out of your user folder that you need. After getting everything, you can delete Windows.old with either Disk Cleanup, or in settings. If you do not delete it, Windows will delete it after 10 days anyways. Also by doing this, you are able to reinstall Windows without a USB or DVD if you download the ISO file. If you want to make a Windows USB, the MCT also has an option for that as well. This is very helpful and makes it easy to reinstall Windows but keep your files.
