How to fix slide to unlock on iPod touch/iPhone

This is how to fix the slide to unlock on iPhone and iPod touch
This only happen's if you iPod touch or iPhone was jailbroken
and you restored it dosen't matter if you restored after you put it in dfu mode or not no matter what it may happen! it is extremely rair for this to happen it was my 53rd time jailbreaking it and restoring it! it took so long to get it to do this from about 7:50 PM intell 3:25 AM or something like that...
