Steps to Fix Blurry Account Picture in Windows 10 Settings, Windows 10 Account Image Looks Blurry in Settings

Step 1) You will profile pic here:  C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures
Open Settings\Accounts\Your Info  and select the Picture from the above location

Step 2) Go to C:\Users\Test\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\AccountPictures
Delete the blurry profile pic from here.
