Types of decks on railroad flat cars

Just to recap:
20' & 40's have 1 1/2" thick wood running lenthwise. We can replace
existing wood with steel or we can add a 2nd layer of wood over the top.
55' & 60's have either no decking, a wood decking (which is usually in
bad shape), or a steel decking.
89's have a steel decking.
Obviously, there are always exception to the rule.
