growing up i used to
growing up i used to hate bibim guksu (also called bibim myeon) but now that i'm older, i'm absolutely obsessed with it! i love the combination of the spicy, sweet, and tangy flavors and best of all, it comes together in just 10 minutes.
for an extra refreshing crunch, i like adding fresh apples to the sauce. i prefer scraping it but you can also chop them up too!
