Premier Pro Import MP4 Only Importing Audio FIX!! (CC 2019)

I recorded a time lapse
I recorded a time lapse video and regular video with my go pro went to import and it was only importing audio on the mp4!
AHHHH
Instructions to Fix it
1. Rename your folder the clips are in
2. Go to premier pro and delete the files within premier pro (you will reupload later)
3. Go to Edit - Media Cache - Delete Unused media cache files - Click Deleted Unused
4. Re Import the files
